Simply, the best Movie I've seen for years. Indeed, one of the best I've ever seen.

Anybody else managed to catch it?

not yet, but it's going #1 on my netflix right now. i saw the box at work last tuesday and immediately wanted to see it. im glad you posted this or else i would have forgotten about it.

from the back of the box, it sounded kinda like k-pax.

It's got a similar underlying build, that is the question of the main charactors reality. But the concept is much more epic, and detailed than K-Pax.

awesome, i love movies like this. the only bad thing is it has a very long wait on netflix, which could mean i will get it in 1-8 months.

I was thinking of downloading this, only due to the director's philosophy on piracy. but if it's good as well, that's a bonus so I guess I'll dload it.

Yeah nice concept, but VERY BAD realisation. The whole movies is in one house, and they only talk, no warping about to different places or anything. Its like a screenplay of a book, only you don't get to see the book, you get to hear it being read and you imagine the rest(so its actually like reading a book).

I see that as one of its strongest points. Without relying on variety of scenes or build of action, the whole film rests on the Story, Dialog, and Actors; And the three elements pull it off beautifully. Any Hollywood eyecandy would spoil it, without doubt.

watched it last night, not bad.

in the extras they said they wanted to make this a big budget film, i guess with flashbacks and stuff. but the writers son said no, so they did the whole low budget thing, which worked.

though i would love to see a remake with the big budget. i would love to see his flashbacks of the 14,000 years.

and i loved the whole thing about the bible, about how it was mostly fairy tales, which is true.

I downloaded it but haven't watched it yet.
