Next project - a Sea Wyvern!
I'm not using the Finecast Warboss rider as I'm going to add a certain plastic Pirate Orc Warboss. I'm also planning on adding a handful of Goblin Midship Grotz clinging on to the rigging that the cannon is suspended from. I'm going to add a telescope on a mount attached to the saddle, along with assorted supplies, baggage, barrels, a tattered skull-and-crossbones flag, barnacles and seaweed, and a crab or two.  I'm going to fix the very-visible joint in the torso by hiding it behind the straps and ropes that hold the saddle and support the gun.     The base (which I was surprised to find was a 50x100mm chariot base, rather than a monster 50x50mm) will be a modelled as a beach, with sand-dunes, rocks with barnacles, wooden flotsam-and-jetsam and crabs.   I'm waiting for a bits order but more WIP will follow soon! |

Great wyvern! I love the cannon
 the sculpt of the finecast model (expecially on the face) is quite better than the metal one (that I own). I'm testing finecast with the biggest model GW makes in this newresin, Azhag  |

BorkBork - brilliant!  I may name her Warthog!I was planning on fielding the rider with Armour of Gork - the canister-loaded cannon was to represent the Impact Hits! Kera - I'm definitely making a saddle but I'm not sure how English it will look. The casting was virtually perfect. Theo - I expected plastic wings (as the metal version had plastic dragon wings) but the chariot base was a nice surprise. |

The bitz order for the Wyvern just arrived so I'll be back on it again soon. But in the mean-time I've decided I really have to finish painting something I started about 6 years ago! There are three more of these sat on my desk with just the skin painted.
