They're out! I think they look really nice, but for 3 of them they should be about £10 cheaper to be in line with similar stuff, IMO. As it is I'd not be comfortable to pay 55 quid for 3 models when 3 rivertrolls costs just about half of that. I'm barely comfortable with Rivetroll prices...and even if these are larger models and from WF I think they're overpriced. Also dissappointed in the lack of weapon options (HW+S is sub-optimal to say the least. Seeing as how Bull Centaurs are hardly worthwile to begin with buying a bad load-out at a ludicrous price seems like a bad deal to me.)  Theo |

I don't think the Forge caters primarily to players who are overly concerned about how good they are for their points.
Great models. If I ever get around to doing Chaos Dwarfs, these guys are in. |

As I just started a new CD army, I was excited when I heard about these. That feeling lasted exactly as long as it took to look at the models. They'd be great for a non-scaly version of dragon-ogres, but that's not what the unit is at all. Coupled with the price, chances of me buying any are exactly 0.
It seems like over on the CD forum people are split about 50-50 on either loving them hard or hating them just as hard. So there will be some people who will buy them and be happy with them, the rest of us will still get to convert our own (and I don't personally see that as a loss. Yay converting!  ) |

Personally I love them, and think their looks is menacing.
But those brittle machines (resin...brrrr...) makes the army a no no for me. |

As a Chaos Dwarf general also, I like them for a model, but not as BC. They no longer look like they were once Chaos Dwarfs, especially the face. Look too Beastman for my taste. I was surprised they didn't look more like the art in Tamurkhan.
