Well it seams that flamers have: moved to special, become s4, gone up in points, and now suffers from multiple shots. That's really nice. This makes them far worse against orcs, and really needed that nerf.
At the sake time it gives room for rare chaff or soul grinders. I like that  more varied and interesting daemon armies, yes please!  As for the army book vs WD release, sorry Theo, I hadn't seen the YouTube stuff when I posted I like all the models as well. really nice stuff This post has been edited by Morten C on Jul 26 2012, 04:19 PM |

I like that Plaguebearers (a staple for any true Mono Nurgle list) are now more affordable at 29 dollars for 10 including command option instead of 22 dollar for 5 and another 33 for the 5 with command basicly a unit of 10 with command had dropped in price by 26 dollars

just had a look at the pics on the gw webby.
Plaguebearers indeed better then i thought from the vid. Still dont like the chariot....although that could be due to the paintjob. |

Pics are up! The nurglings are awesome, I really like the way they sculpted 9 components that go together into 3 swarms like that. The Plaguebearers are just all-round cool. The Flamers are pretty cool, but I'm not personally a fan of the sculpted flames (They don't look that good to me) and what's the deal with the screamers? Good models, but still, why are they plastic? Maybe there's some variety in the kit that I just don't see from the pics.
The Slaaneshi stuff is pretty cool, I think. Still not sure about the Hellflayer, it doesn't seem to do anything a regular chariot doesn't already, and it's on a much more awkward base...which it doesn't even fit on properly.  I'll have to see the complete rules in the WD before I decide if I like it or not.Overall, that's a pretty awesome wave.  Theo |
