EBAY AUCTION

Ok, in the link I posted you can find some nice resin count-as squigs, I'm sure I've seen them before, but I don't remember what company does them.
Maybe I've seen them in the WGG's herd, but I'm not sure...
Do you know where are they from? tongue.gif

Yes, they're quite nice, and they would bring some variety to my almost 100-strong squig herd xD But I'm not sure to buy from a guy who has 0 feedback as a seller tongue.gif And lastly I'm curious to find that range ^^

Friendly warning for everyone.

These things are considered miniatures! And not models.
Searching "Hell thug" models can lead to really surprising results.

And surprising as in the kind you didn't want to know 'old folk still do it' kinda thing Vomit.gif

Also: I didn't find the company.

Great news!!! I won the auction at a good price, I'm really looking forward to receive them and review them for you wink.gif
I also received a really encouraging answer from the seller.

Hi, its a new company that´s gonna be released next week. We are launching some models to see the reactions. The company is called" Factory of monsters" and is focused on cheap and high quality models. These ones share the same base and work perfectly as Games Workshop´s squigs.

So, everyone will be able to get some of them at (we can hope) competitive prices. I really hope they can produce great alternative to the GW models (like the mangler) for relatively cheap.

They look possibly even worse than GW squigs for ranking up, but otherwise I'd say they look nice overall.

It will be interesting to see how cheap they sell them unpainted.

Yes, they're for sure a pain to rank up, cause they're quite big, but I guess they will do their job in my herd ^^ I'm curious about the prices too.

Maybe they will mix in with GW ones, or use them as filler on larger bases. The more I think the more I am intrigued by the possibilities... smile.gif

Ok, those squigs arrived today. They're absolutely good models, the detail is good, the expressions are nice, and the stile fits quite well with the current GW squigs. They're larger, as you can see in this photo:

They came already painted (but I will repaint them, obviously), so some details are covered bu the sloppy paintjob. They have a lot of potential, you can easily put them on two bases without the "cheap unit filler" feeling.
The resin consistence looks pretty similar to the one used by Scibor, harder than the Forgeworld ones. Since they came already assembled I can't know how many pieces are composed by, but I can guess that the legs and some of the longer horns are separate and require assembly.
I'm really hoping that this company comes out and keeps producing those awesome models ^^

They do look really impressive, if they sell them unpainted etc for a reasonable price (ie: well under the GW cost before the coming rumoured price rise next week) I'll grab some and get converting up with the night goblins I have in a batallion I got on ebay smile.gif

I have not yet finished painting them, but you can see their posibility.
Some parts are interchangeable (bodies, mandibles and legs)

To see more visit:
http://www.ulule.com/despachurradora/

If you want them just enter this site and get them for 10€ each.

Cheap for this size:
