Well i thought squigs, handlers an hoppers go on 20mm square bases.

But one of my old models got me confused....it is the 2 old metal handlers carrying a prodder and i have those bases on a cavalry base.
see pic.

1. So is 20 mm right?
2. Did it used to be different in the past?

It's 20mm. So the 2 herders should be on a 20x40mm base. smile.gif

yes, it was different in the past. In the 4th/5th ed the squig unit could only have 2 ranks, the 1st was squigs (same bases as now) and the second handlers (on cavalry bases). Also the prodder gave a +1S bonus and allowed both gobbos to fight from behind the squigs. Oh and squigs had I5 wub.gif
