<sad>  just one goblin sad.gif  sad.gif
well  throw my name in

Remember is quality not quantity! As long as we get at least 20 so that its' a game legal unit, that will be fine, (although a 40 strong horde would be cooler if enough people want to join in). Having said that you can definitely contribute more models if you want, and you feel you can't fully express yourself on a single 20x20mm base. biggrin.gif

The project is an opportunity to really push yourself (no matter what you're ability); you could try some sculpting, or a new painting technique you might not normally use when building your own army, to produce the finest individual Goblin you can.

Please don't anyone think they aren't good enough to join in, there is no bar to entry! The only requirement is that you give it your best shot. When based coherently even the worst looking goblin in the world will blend into the rest of the unit and make the overall unit look great. Also by contributing you'll have exactly the same chance of winning the unit as the person when sends the most amazing looking goblin.

I'm planning to leave this for another week for people to register their interest, then I'll announce full details of 'da plan' and the time scales, it lasted a bit too long last time which made it difficult for me, so I'll try and give a reasonable but not overly long time scale, so that people have time to make a nice Gobbo but so the project moves along steadily.

I was in the last one, and it was fun seeing the unit growing into what it became. I would like to get in this one as well.

I can probably do a middle-rank little guy. Don't have a lot of goblins, but I have one or two lying around.

I can do a skulker or boss-type thing as well if you need some more.

Also, cb_rex: Can you pleas make a list of 'demands' like we did on the last one?

If I remember correctly last ones were:
> Handweapon + shield
> Unit is 'red'.

this gives some leeway to what you do with the model but keeps it all in an OnG sort of uniform(esk) way.

Yes seeing as there's over 20 people interested now I'llI get the guidelines up, hopefully tonight or tomorrow, so everyone can get to started on their models and start showing WIP photos.

Could anyone who has a regiment of common goblins already let me know how well the models rank up, it's hard to tell from photos of them, but they don't look too bad?

They can be tricky, its the shields. I'd suggest doing the same as last time and tell people not to stick them on the base, although that means more work for you.
