Do savage orcs or any model that has frenzy for that matter get just the 1 attack from the second row in combat or does the frenzy give them 2?

supporting ranks never get more than 1 attack for infantry, cavalry, warbeasts, never more than 3 for monstrous infantry, cavalry, beasts and chariots get none I believe? (which mainly applies to TK I guess)
