Anyone else here seen the promotional stuff for the new Snow White movie which is coming out this summer? I really like the dwarves in it (not dwarfs but dwarves), and maybe nicer than the dwarves in Peter Jackson...

Although you must admit the traditional description of Snow White Lips red as blood Hair dark as night Skin pale as snow does make her sound kind of like a vampire... |

de gustibus non disputandum, as me old gaffer used to say... i think the jackson dwarves have much better gear, with elaborately designed outfits that make it look like there was actually a unique dwarven culture - but the actors themselves look a bit too pretty for my taste - thorin oakenshield, for example, i dont think he looks very dwarvish, in fact, he looks more like a human warrior |

I'll definitely be seeing the Snow white movie!
And I 100% agree with masurandi about Jackson's dawrves, especially Thorin. He just looks like a shortish human. Huge let-down after how well dwarves were done in LotR. |

Snow White trailer looks good! Not so sure about Jack n' the Beanstalk yet as I'm not so keen on the big monster movies, plus I don't rate the original story quite so much.
