Wouah those are great conversions. I really like them and it's very well done.
Can you give us more details about this Kev Adams guy? He worked for GW in the 90's, didn't he? It's surprising how those heads are fitting nicely on those old big uns models |

He did work for GW in the eighties and nineties and is responsable for most of the orc and goblin range from that era. When you look at the current nightgoblins, you can see they are still heavily influenced by his work from back then.

I see niw, they are indeed very characterful those old minis. My only concern for the old orc was their skinny-ness (??). the mix of brian nelson orcs and kev adam's orcs'heads is genius !
