Hello to you all.
BorkBork and I played a 'Dutch' civil war (and I must say it was big fun). There was a Belgian reaction, or was it a challenge, of a game between Belgium vs the Netherlands. Due to busybusybusy I completely forgot it, but now it suddenly reappeared in my mind. Organising this could be a slight problem due to work and location, but what about a match next Crisis in Antwerp? I guess it would be possible to ask TSOA for a table to do battle??? Well fellow countrymen and beloved neighbours, would this be a feasible option? cheers, Kees |

Zaaaagh da big boss asked me for a battle. He lives in Belgium just across the border, but i thought that was a bit far to travel for a single battle.
but combining it with Crisis sounds like a plan. |

When is crisis? I would certainly be up for a battle
. I hope some clubmembers go to crisis to, since going on my own isn't so fun. But if I can make it my goblins will glady pick up the gauntlet As long that I don't need to drink Heineken Cheers, G |

Haha, well, at Crisis the only thing you can drink is Jupiler (?)... (though I don't mind, I prefer Grolsch above Heineken, Grolsch has a little more bite / a bit 'herb'...
Well, Crisis always is in the first week of november. If there will be more animo, I'll try and contact the TSOA! cheers, Kees |

I suspect Jupiler indeed, if it is Dirk Bruylants from the TSOA that replies say it is for a game against Gentes, he know me so that should help a bit to.
November means I have plenty of time to paint up cool units. Cheers, G |

It would be bad if I would prefer Heineken above some of the finest beers in the world which are brewed in belgium. You guys have maybe a better soccer them but our beer is better and I know what I prefer Cheers, G |

lol, this reminds me.
after the last olympics a Belgium sports official was talking about the big difference between the good results of the Dutch and the bad results of the Belgium sports(wo)men. He blamed it on an attitude difference and he used beers as example. "We Belgiums are making hundreds (maybe thousands) of the best beers in the world and nobody knows them. the Dutch are making 5 horrible beers and the whole world knows and drinks them" I guess he has a point there. but i am dragging this horribly off topic. Looking forward to the battle (whenever it will happen) |

A good friend of mine wants to join in too. We always go to Crisis together. I named my bannerman after him, so he's good to join in (though he plays Brets and now Beasts...)
So three Dutch, how's about the Belgian side??? cheers, Kees |

Hello there,
Willie of the TSOA wrote back and said that surely we are welcome for our interland! If we know how big the table must be, I could tell it to him, so he could reserve it. So far for three Dutch and one Belgian. BorkBork, you said Zaaaagh da big boss challenged you? Maybe we should contact him too... Warlord Ghazak Gazhkull, after seeing the music you like I think I know(?) why you say never underestimate the power of the mushroom driven goblin... Not my style but fun to hear. Oh btw , I am just finishing a fine large bottle of Hertog Jan Grand Prestige (at 10%) ... You should taste that too. There is more in our country than Heineken! cheers, Kees |

But it would be a good distraction .@kees: I never tought about that actually but don't worry I don't take mushrooms or any other drug, the sentence from the mushroom driven goblin refers to the fact that I always have quitte a lot of fanatic's in the army. Cheers, G |

@ the shopping: eveybody there needs to do some, so that's allright I guess. Great to have you in the team, eh, at the table!
And yes indeed BorkBork, you got me that fine bottle... Quick response! A kind of tribute (LOL)? And also a big wink at the mushrooms... Nightgoblin armies need them, so I have them too! And the pictures at the party you look quite 'sober', or how it's called... Should we now all get us a Da Warpath shirt? cheers, Kees |
