That's gotta be the best orc chariot ever! Also love the idea adding the Top Gear lads in there, can't wait to see da Stig!

Great work, Kurgan. I really like the addition of those top gear names in your army. But I think you need to give hamsta white teeth cause they always make jokes about it.

I beg that they make goblins that are as nifty as the grots. i really like their faces and character.
oh and it's almost useless to keep on commenting on you painting.. it's just exquisite as usual. that being said, i'm actually not very fond of your boss. He's not really living up to your former work in matters of look. I think his pose is quite stiff, and i don't think he serves very well as a character. maybe as a champion though. But that's just my opinion. |

Thanks Boyz - I must admit, the Top Gear presenter names were not my idea. Blessed Knight suggested them on Thursday last week!

Thanks for the honest feed-back Morten! I actually agree with you but I'm somewhat limited by what bits I have two of... I'll have a look and see what else I can find before I glue the chariot-mounted Uzbad in place.  |

great army you've got going there. I've been glancing through for a while and don't know how I missed this but I actually had a similar idea as you with the boar chariot. looking forward to seeing it painted.

All those 40k bitz are fantastic. The Screaming Bell for chariot is brilliant. Those grotz are just too cool. I really need to look at the 40K stuff to see what I can steal. I wonder where I can find someone who has 40k Orks?

Great army, and I love the top gear guys. only problem I see is THE STIG WILL BE SLOWER THAN THE OTHERS!!!
 it should be captain slow being slowest, but then again, it's fitting that stig is an orc and the others are goblins (though jeremy's got to ne the biggest goblin ive ever seen  )You should add a gramophone or some such to da stigz chariot, so he can listen to weird music while he plows through his enemies  Very much looking forward to seeing more Gramnir  |

How do you mean? I'm not using a named Special Character. Uzbad is just going to be a basic no-frills Warboss with no gear. In the fluff he's going to be like an addict - jittery and messed-up!
Hmmm. Not sure that's my style - I like everything to be really solid.
No, sorry.  ~~~ I've done lots of little things to the chariots... first up, the Goblin Wolf Chariot. It still needs reigns for the gobbo on the yolk but it's almost ready for paint.     |

I still haven't glued in the Warboss but I've added loads of details - more armour plates, harness (that needs greenstuff metal loops to join it to the armoured Boar heads (it also needs another armoured Boar head!)     I couldn't resist adding a squashed Goblin!  @WGG: I've added scythes to the wheels - three small hooked ones (from the Ork Deff Dread kit) to each side. |

Last update for tonight: The Wyrdwagon.
This is for Great Shaman Sparkz, so it'll have a load of totems and dangly wot-nots... The Shaman himself will be added after payday as I need to buy another box of 40kGrotz. It's made mostly from Skaven Screaming Bell parts (the medium sized wheels and axel plus a chunk of the sides as a yolk again), with new Boars and some chariot sides.      Still needs loads of work - harness, scythes, the Shaman and more wyrdness. |

Those chariots remind me of this with a side order of more beef - I love em and they are inspiring enough to make me want to add more chariots to my warband too. I'm also toying with the idea of writing the names of my characters on their bases, I think thats a great idea too.
