Before Orcs and Goblins had the advantage with the charge rules of attacking first due to the Waagh turn. Now they only get +1 Combat Resolution. With our low initiative I think this makes Orcs and Goblins worse.

we'll still have the waagh spell
(+isn't there a strike first reroll to hit one as well? -- maybe they'll get even better now )& on the other hand know your I values (not meant insulting as personally I need some experience with that as well), - you'll always be striking before certain monsters , vampire core troops, some warmachine hunters, tomb kings, dwarves, lots of lizardmen, ... and on same par with a lot of others...another advantage of the waagh still remains,-- quicker in combat=less shooting to endure, (ps I currently play without warmachines and fast cav; so for me this is an issue) This post has been edited by Grupas on Jun 11 2010, 07:02 AM |
