The Dragonback Mountain Orcs, Restarted troll madness.

I have the Empire militia kit for Mordheim use, and there really isn't much variation. 5-ish heads (One wich is a pirate captain guy, so a bit specific) and maybe 4 different legs/torsos. Lots of weapons, wich is good, but not much else... mixing them with zombies would give them a lot of ramshackleness and variety without having to greenstuff them heavily.

However, do it how you thin it looks best. That's what matters!

I know, it's a strange feeling as well The skeletons are a great kit though.. They look brilliant IMO. I really like the "static" look you can create with them. Mantics skeletons are with raised arms and stuff, and that doesn't work for me, as i plan to make them look like a wall of death rather that living fighters!

Uh, I share the same feelings about undead soldiers I would make them a bit static, but in some way imposing (something like the chaos warriors, static, but a lot more impressive than the multicomponent ones)

And glad to see your gobbos ^^ I already appreciated the yellow skin on your aracnarok's crew

I just took some new photos ot the spider, as I've tried to repair the bend base. It's not perfect, but it's better now. So here are some new pics:

Still awesome, but how come the base is so bent? Did it come like that? Mine was slightly bent but I spent some time bending it the other way gently and it is pretty straight still.

nah, it's because i used glue to create the water effect and it melts the base

Shiver me timbers! That's one splendid and unique looking army ye got thar, matey. Nice work on the Goblins. Yellow-livered little swabs, indeed, and it goes to show.

Of course, them homemade trolls are one impressive sight as well.

Yeahr it was. It proved to be a really nice gift I quite fancy the hair idea myself, even though it makes him look a bit like that guy from street fighter

Thanks Captn It really has turned into a quite unique army, even though my first idea just was to use different orc models I believe there are wide range of manufactures in it, just of the top of my head: Ral partha, reaper, viking forge, GW, Gamezone, red box, Heresey and some others I think


Now, for an update. I've been printing out The Nurge' awesome O&G Tokens, and sticking them on poker chips. Painting the edges, and they are quite handy





And inspired by that i painted a goblin banner


That's it for now. I'm going to work on some warmachine assembling now.

Its quite a while since i have seen the movie., but yeah one of the berserkers/bad guys or whatever they were supposed to be..
