I found some more rules online at the Warhammer Quest: Sailing Rules Site. I figured it would be good to have a link to the rules for when we start crafting our rules. There is always something good you pick up when you review materials like this.

Looks good matey. Another one to consider is Descent, the Warhammer / Hero Quest kinda game from Fantasy Flight. They just released an expansion called Sea of Blood which brings in sea battles, ship to ship combat and other things.
