Hey guys. Considering making a new list, but I by far need some help with it. Here's want I want in the army, the rest is just stuff that will help.
1. Kamikaze Big Boss 2. Squig Bomb 3. Fanatics 4. Doom DIver 5 Some Orcs That's about all that I need in the army. The rest, well, I need your advice. Thanks JM |

The first few pages of The Hook thread might be able to help you out. It discusses different army times (before settling on the hook).
Basically, there are a few basic types of armies you can create. Do you want a magic heavy list? Combine that with a lot of war machines and you create the greenskin version of a gun line. Maybe you want to try the Hook strategy? It's a solid middle, one heavy flank, and one weak flank. You advance your slow middle while the fast, heavy flank sweeps one side and meets them in the middle. The Checkerboard tactic doesn't work as well as it did in 6th Ed, but some people still use it. What are the most army types that you face? Also, you might want to try to look at the army lists section and see what other people are trying out and the advice that others give. |
