*EDIT* - It looks like i have these working now. If any of the images become non-miniature things, please either PM me, or if you are a mod, delete them from the thread.

Hi everyone,

The Oz/NZ Golden Demon was held on Saturday, and there were a few cases with unreleased models. I managed to get a few shots of them. Sorry that they aren't the best quality, but i have fixed some up as much as possible.

40K Orks:

I think this is more of the nobz sprue. Plus, i didn't actually realise these metal models were in the cabinet until i saw the photo. I think they might be wounded marines though?

Ork Slaver and Grotz. I really want this slaver, as he looks like something that can be easily converted to fantasy for a warboss with very little modification. From what i can see, the gun that was on his right hip is a seperate piece, and the weapon should be able to be trimmed easily. He looks awesome, and is a large chunky model, just like you would expect an Orc Warboss to be like. The pose (and squig) is very similar to the NG Boss from the Skull Pass boxed set, so they would look good together i think (The little gobbo mimicking the larrger Orc):

Let's spent the rest of thread thinking up creative and sadistic punishment for the guy who shot that orc raider picture.

There is some nice stuff between it, I think I will convert such a stegadon to a pumpwagon or something.

Seeing as I took that photo, lets not. With about 3 hours sleep, hunger setting in, and the fact i was trying to squat above open air with my hands shaking to take that picture, it was not too easy to get a decent shot of a lot of things on the day. That's the best quality i could get after running it through sharpen to actually show some details on there, rather than a blur.

Thanks for sharing
Got any other pics of the GD stuff?

Didnt know they were doing another orc raider - seems like a waste of time and resources to me, could of given us some savage orc or forest goblin something or other at least

Unless they gonna be pushing this raiding thing a whole lot more in the future?...

Alright, that excuse suffices.

It's part of the collectors range. GW just decided to free up some of their resources to smaller projects as they propably realised it was being cast aside by these large projects, like big plastic kits and large sets.

One can NEVER have too many models! That blasphemous statement has been reported to the Inquisition and you will be turning yourself over to the Arbites immediately for punishment!

They gave Kroxigor their six-packs back! biggrin.gif

Seriously, the "Snake Kroxi" from the last release were weedy. The big muscly Kroxi is where it's at.

I like smile.gif

The rest, not so much. The weapons from the Universal machine or whatever the big gun on the Stegadon is looks nice, but I wasn't a fan of the Vulcha Kaptain after seeing a sweeeeeeeet conversion on WAU.

EDIT: THIS. THIS is Zagstrukk.

But that's me...

Cheers!

Is anyone else getting "BANDWIDTH EXCEEDED - UPGRADE TO PHOTOBUCKET PRO" pictures instead of the actual pictures? Maybe it's something my corporate firewall put in place? I will have to look at these at home.
