Was looking at this set up and was wondering if it could work.

Black Orc warboss
Bashas BloodAxe, Maads Map.

If i remember scout rules right, this guy could prob charge a unit on the first turn with a possible 10 attacks, and he would never break, cause the bloodaxe will always keep him frenzied.

Frenzied does not make you unbreakable, only immune to psychology wink.gif

Yeah well that is pretty much suicidal. And how many victory points is that just giving away to your opponent? Also you won't be able to call the waaagh since your warboss would be dead. So I say dont even try it.

I tried something like that in a big game (so the Black Orc was not the general). I was underwhelmed. You need to hope your opponent deploys something worthwhile within arm's reach of a terrain piece and then roll high enough to get to it. Then you have to not flub your attacks.

In the event I was lucky my Black Orc didn't simply get killed by a Bolt Thrower shot when he only Waaaghed 2", but even so, without support from the rest of the army he did not kill very much on his own. He would have been better off helping to tip combat resolution in the important fights so you can kill off whole units instead of just hacking away at targets of opportunity.

I've tried it aswell and with quite bad results. With that frenzy your expensive character will be running around where you don't want him to and he won't win RnF units even with high attacks! wacko.gif
