Is there any place one can find a list or description of the Orc clans with there respective colors and symbols, can only find a couple, I am using a blue color scheme but wanted to see if there were any Orc clans in the books that have blue heraldry also would be cool to see all the known clans colors and symbols, if ther is nothing like this anywhere please let me know and I'll just cross my fingers that an orc clan heraldry book comes out like the shaven and empire

Orcs don't have fixed clan or tribe heraldry (unlike Orks). There are some symbols and patterns that turn up a lot but they are not fixed to any one group or location.
If you want blue banners, etc, paint them blue and pick a tribe name - it'll be right.  |

Two great places to start are of the army book (not just this latest one, but all of the editions) and White Dwarfs. I specifically remember a one from a year or so ago with an entire article devoted to the different clans and colours of O&G. Would pay to look there, especially if you're looking to create a well known clan like creeping fangs, yellow moons or broken tooth etc. But TBH, you can design whatever you like and make up a name and it will be fine - there's not real "rules" to the heraldry like there is with Brets or Empire.

Look at the painting sections in the OnG Army book, and also the characters will have pictures of their clans banners, or descriptions.
