All minis are in various stages of completion but you get the gist of the colour scheme. I'm hoping to add all the miniatures from the range eventually and maybe collect enough to be able to split it into seperate armies for both the orcs and gobbos. My main goal is to own a fully mounted goblin army but the entire range is pretty amazing.
please feel free to leave comments or critisism, any ideas on sprucing up the bases a bit would be helpful.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm having a bit of difficulty at the moment, as you have noticed i've gone for a rather different approach with the skin tone.
Problem is with orcs and goblins a lot of their clothing is variations on brown so the models don't seem to have that pop factor.
It was'nt a problem with the black orcs what with all the armour, but i'm currently painting gobbos and wanted to go with brown robes as i'm crap at highlighting black.

Anyone have experience of other colours used for goblin robes? I've already ruled out red and blue. I'll try and post some more pics later.

Other than voting for my favorite color, purple, have you considered green? Something in the darker shades?

Also, how did you do the blorc armour. I was going for something like that on the ones I just did.

Greens not a bad idea, i think I've got some dark angel green knocking about. that will also tie the scheme in to fit the dags on the black orc armour.

Speaking of that, i'm pretty lazy so its just a simple drybrush of boltgun metal. I use as little paint as possible and press down really hard. Finish it off with a watered down brown ink wash.

The blorcs look hella cool, I love the mixed colours! But you need a bigger warboss! You'll probably have to look to 40K to find something that looks meaner than that unit smile.gif

Agree about the boss, I've been looking for something bigger but nothing has caught my eye yet. I tried to get hold of the plastic boss from the assault on blackreach set (i've heard it's huge) but various deals fell through.

I was going to settle for a basic metal 40k boss but they are not that much bigger in size, so, does anyone have any other suggestions?

Finally, I had two days off this week and got called into work on both of them so not much progress sad.gif fingers crossed that I'll get saturday off and manage to finish a few models and post pics.
