Just invested in the 8th edition rule book (£15 off ebay, not bad) so expect some updates on magic items and war gear

Took Chris's advice and had another go at my paint scheme, think ive found a better combination. I tried to make to club look like it was made of stone
  And also my musician for the wolf boys unit, I hate the idea of goblins blowing horns or banging those weird gongs on a stick that they include in the night goblin unit. I much prefer the idea of a shrieking gobbo thumping on a drum...    |

Hey, I like the new shceme a lot.
 Looks promising!A small tip, I am by no means an expert, but when you highlight edges like on the cloak of the NG's try using the side of the bristles on the brush, if that makes sense. I find that it looks much more natural than using the tip. Theo |

Been really busy with Uni work and exams so haven't posted anything in ages but what I've decided to do is build a 500 point border patrol army before I attempt the full army, unfortunately this 500 point army won't include the mighty Drut because hes too damn expensive but it will include his second in command; Dagg the wicked.
The army list will look something like this and will be the same theme and colour scheme as my main force: Heroes Dagg - GBB + light armor, great weap Goblin Shaman Core 39 x NG + musician, SB and 1 fanatic 5 x Wolf riders + full command, bows and sheilds Special 12 x NG squig herd Spear Chukka Troll I think this looks like a fairly strong list and by my calculations comes to just under 500 points Tell me what you all think and Ill post some pics soon! |
