So I have started my O+G army and I have a whack of the Orc boyz and Arrer boys from the BFSP set. I would like to manipulate some of the Orc Boyz so they don't all look the same. Can anyone link to some threads where this was done? looking for some inspiration/guidance.

there were no orcs in the BFSP set (only gobbos and a troll). So which set do you have in mind?

I belive youa re talking about the old 6th edition starter set which included orc boyz with x2 hand weapons and arrer boys correct?

At any rate, I think this is what you were asking for

http://www.warhammer.org.uk/phpBB/viewtopi...t=82430&start=0

Really all you need is some basic skills with greenstuff and some spare weapon parts to make a really awesome looking group of orcs.

I would check out how to model chainmail aswell!

Thanks for linking me nevets2021.
I have a blog here as well:

This goes a bit further with the green stuffing.

And indeed basic changing is pretty simple.
Cut of arms and reattach at a different angle.

Basically what you do with a normal Orc regiment except you don't have to cut them off first.

From there you can go as wild as you want.
(See page 2 and beyond in my blog to see what you can do if you're really nuts!)
