Anyone find any models to use for a Goblin BSB from any manufacturers? If not, what are your conversion ideas?

I would recommend the Warboss and Character Gallery! Not all BSB's, but there are some in there.
I have two BSB's. One NG and one Common Goblin. The Night Goblin isn't the best paint job and the picture isn't the best, either. The banner pole is crooked, but it's been fixed...  I found a Confrontation mini that I had never seen used before that was PERFECT for a Goblin BSB. It's just called a Goblin Standard Bearer. It's a great mini and doesn't need much customization. I put it on a rock and added a knife in the ground in front of it. I wish I painted it better, but I can always come back to it in the future. I used the big red banner waving grot from gorkamorka for my common goblin bsb. The night goblin bab was made from the current night goblin regiment box. I made him stand out by putting him on slate. Another really good bsb is the standard bearer from rugluds armoured orcs

You can take the standard bearer of the goblin chariot, and add any large banner.

I haven't built this yet but eventually I want to make one that is an empire soldier in shackles carrying a banner. He has a noose around his neck and behind him is a goblin holding the end of the rope and a sword pushing him forward.
