Has anypne seen or done Albino Night Goblins, squigs and Manglers?? Does anyone think it would look OK or is it a bit too mad??

It might look ok but if you added just a drop or two of green into the mix it might be a bit better then a pure albino. Try a model and see if you dont like it then its not worth it.

Yeah been done a lot - look up white or albino goblin/orcs and warhammer on google. Makes sense though, because most of them spend 90% of their lives under ground.

You can also make glowing squigs. Just start dark grey and highlight up to white. Then wash thraka green.
