Just so that I don't break the forum rules and flame someone, could we have an ignore function if possible?

You are always entitled to contact a member of the admin or mod team if you have a specific issue with another member and we can attempt to mediate or take further action if deemed necessery.

^ This. We try to maintain a happy and friendly community here wub.gif

But and ignore feature is almost certainly on the list of things to be included in the software update, as there is one on the Animosity Campaign forum and that uses the system we are moving to (I think!).

Or I guess use the 'report' button beside the offending post.

But that is when someone break forum rules, still won't get rid of annoyance.

Well it obviously depends on the circumstances. I don't know the specifics of this particular case the OP is alluding to. But in some cases one person may bn flaming another person hence that is a breach of rules.

Well I don't want to report to the moderators or administrator as no rules have been broken, and the advice given could in someone else's meta be useful. However I am getting extremely aggravated by some posts and if possible would like the ignore function so that I simply do not see them any more without bothering or reporting anyone
