Your warboss has to many magic Armours. You are only allowed 1 for each catagory.
I would put your BSB in the Savage orc block as he will benifit from the 5+ ward from the shrunken head also.

lol sorry about that guys. Acually my list has changed more than just that. I took out out the other Sav Orc Boss and Goblin Spear Chukkas for more Night Goblin Heros.

I took out the Mangler Squig and added more boyz. From what I've found with the mangler...he just dies to magic or shooting.
Edit: I also took out the Ruby Ring of Ruin and the musician on the Wolf Riders and added one more Night Goblin Boss. I'm going to test Nt Goblin Boss strategy and go all in with it. I'm not sold on this strategy yet, but we'll see...
Reedit: Also I took a Night Goblin Champion for the night goblins, just for issuing challenges and accepting challenges. Also it puts my shaman safely in the second rank. Tell me if this won't work, as I liked my 7 Night Goblins in the Squig Herd.
Plus I took off the level 2 with the Night Goblin Shaman and made him level 1. Then just added another Night Goblin Shaman. Also I added channeling staff to him for 2 boyz. +2/6 channeling ability everyturn is not too bad...I think that's about a 40% chance, total, every turn that I get an additional casting or dispelling dice. (Edit: I took this out because I thought the 2 out of 6 chance every turn was not as good as putting armour on my BSB)
Also I took out a Goblin Doom Diver and replaced him with an Orc Hero also making him the BSB. I placed him in the Orc Boyz unit so my Trolls would be able to reroll their stupidity. Also this gives me another hero and more umff to my Boyz unit. I'm not liking having a lot of War Machines, as line of sight is hard to plan for on all of them and hard to keep.
This had been updated and reupdated so many times it's pathetic. I took out the Night Goblin Shaman, made the other level 2 again, then added Armour of fortune and a shield to my BSB. Giveing him a 4+ armor save and a 5+ Ward save.
