Title: Goblin 2500pt List

So I have decided to deviate from my High Elves and VC and do something comepltely different. Being playing since the early days of the 4th ed but have not played since the 6th ed.
I am collecting 2 armies Dwarfs and Goblins. So the goblins are the ones I have least experiance with. I want it to have no orcs. Just to havefun, but still want it to be compeditive. I was tempted to go with no normal Gobbos and a Night Gobbo General but the +1Ld and these Nasty Skulkers tempted me to change that.

So here is the Army list, any advise greatly appreciated:

-Night Goblin Herders(10); Squigs(30)

Trolls x6

Rare

Arachnarok Spider

Rock Lobber

Doom Diver

Pump Wagon

Total Army Cost: 2500.5

Part of me tempted to get rid of the Rock Lobber, Doom Diver and Pump Wagon and replace with Giant just for poops and giggles ;p

But for more serious games thinking of removing pump wagon, then playing around with it to fit in 2 wolf chariots

Nice to see another gobliny fella ;). I'm actually playing with an all-goblin army, so I can tell you things that worked for me:

- Using 2 L2 shamans instead of one L4. You may ask why, I'll tell you the advantages:

1) Miscasts, when you have a couple of shamans a miscast is not a big deal, since you have another shaman to cast more spells or even if you fail casting with the first one. Also, if one pays a visit to the chaos realm, you still have another! Another thing to consider is the mushroom. If it starts to wound you, your shaman will be closer to die, but if you have 2, they well last longer.
2) Arcane items, you can have more nice arcane items this way.
3) Sneaky stabbing. This is one of the best spells in the game. Maybe someone might say I'm crazy, but it can change the game. With a goblin army, you must achieve flank charges. Rerolling to Hit and to wound is badass totally. Having 2 shamans, means that you can have it twice. Good deal huh?

- Change those spider riders for something else. A couple of goblin big bosses on wolf is a good add.

- The big unit of squig herds can be way to big. If you do a unit of 25/10, you can 7 minis frontal and be a bit more flexible. Another possible option is to do a couple of units of 15/10 or 12/10, so can own the flanks easier.

- Try to fit more warmachines ;).

That's all at the moment!

Thanks,
Is the Arachnarok Spider worth it, awesome model, but that is a lot of points.
Would I be better off with another 50 NG and some heros.

Is very handy for an all-goblin army indeed. Very fast and resilient.
