Don't know about any of that, but if you change the language parameter hl=fr into hl=en in the URL you can have the interface in English.

I speak french but I hate it.
The only way is see to contact the creator is:
Aide and then select aider un problème.
Hopefully this helps you a bit.

Thanks but no need, I already used Anton's tip to translate the page to english.
As far as I can see there is no contact form on there so no way to contact.
