Any tips would be great!
I'm going to be playing against VC and WOC mostly.
The first thing that has to be noted is that the format needs serious work. Try to organize things in the allowance they came from (so, Core/Special/Rare/Heroes/Lords, in whatever order you please), so that we can tell what comes from where, and how many points you've spent in each.
The first worry I have about this army is that your Leadership is terrible, and you have no Battle Standard-Bearer (which your Shaman cannot be, by the way - it has to be a Big Boss of some sort) - if anyone ever forces you to take Fear or Panic tests (aka VC), you're pretty much screwed. You do have a handful of units that won't have to worry about that, but one lost combat and you're headed for the hills more often than not. That needs to be fixed, by either putting in Gobbo Warbosses or bringing some Orc characters.
The second thing that has to be mentioned is that there is no answer for enemy characters - you have no way to snipe them, fight them, or really do anything about them. Given that you're fighting armies that have some of the better characters in the game, that is a major concern. This is something that only Orcs can fix - either bring Black Orcs and their Great Weapons, or invest in Orc characters and knock this and the above issue out simultaneously.
