They slightly changed Volley Fire. Now, you get to shots from half of the remaining models (rounded up), instead of half per rank (rounded) up.
So now NG archer units will need some reworking for formation, but I'm liking the idea of 21 NG archers a unit. Set them up 6x3, with the 3 remaining, would get you 17 shots.

Hmm, I'm looking in the errata section for something about Volley Fire and I don't see anything that changes the rule. Judging by the question in the FAQ, the Volley Fire rule is badly worded. To me, it reads that half the models of each rank shoots, but apparently that is not their intention. So much for sneaking in that extra shot!

It's far cleaner to count remaining models rather than remaining ranks one by one, so I approve.
