Ok, so we wanted a place where members could suggest and then vote on articles/links/best of galleries/etc on the mainsite.

This particular fourm will change over the next few months as we see what information is out there and what folks want. Bear with us, but in the end things will be great - new and archived articles and galleries on the mainsite! And collected links of forums, threads, etc.

Things will not always be instant gratification though. If you love a blog, we can put it on the site, but we need to remove all the conversation, make sure the photos are great etc. ALSO - picture quality. We want great pictures no matter what.

Which means if you have a great article on photo taking - suggest it!

Examples of things we want: Pics of those 20,000 point armies, how to build a pirate boat, an album of paint stations, unbeatable tactics, and on and on....

Go to town fellow greenskins! Lets find out what we think is the best of, and we will begin uploading on the mainsite.

Can we submit old DWQ articles? We might even be able to say that they are old DWQ articles in the web page. This would ensure that the articles get continued usage and show what a cool webzine we have. It might encourage other people to check it out.

Sounds great Goregut and I think it will be possible to submit older DWQ articles, since that means people that go on the main site could then be attracted to OnG or to read the magazine.

Each DWQ that's been made, I've kept the raw files and the finished pdfs. If we need to reproduce the articles in a different format even, I can supply it all :P

I think my campaign article deserves consideration.... ;)

Sounds like a good idea. I would love to help out. How good does the quality need to be as I might be able to put up my step my step night goblin and a picture of my paint station.

Ok- so Skartooth has brought the point to a head here. What is the level of quality? That is why I said this whole particular fourm will change/adapt etc as we get this project going.

I do not have a specific point of reference for photos, so methinks folks suggest them and the staff (or members) will vote. This is A WORK IN PROGRESS.

So, for those early adopters, give us a link to review.

I guess the end goal here is that if we have 20 articles on painting boars, we vote for the best three. Considering photo quality (clear, croped, and helpful), information presented, and being very O&G.

This thread is a start. Submit items! Final say will be the staff - but lets not get to that point. Let us find some incredible articles, and use those as a template for future submissions.
