this a great giant look at the scale.

£50 and made of resin.

Wow, thats awesome! But still fifty pounds is a fair bit, especially for those of us who'd have to convert over to it. Even if the Aussie dollar is almost buying half a pound, thats still $100!

Nice pic indeed. The only thing that's really piratey about it is the anchor. I think you could find an anchor for less on ebay or at a toy store and grab a cheap giant from somewhere and convert something pretty similar. I love his beard though.

It is a nice looking model :), but I have to agree with Draig that you can find a cheap anchor and can convert something familiar.

I don't know guys - I think there is more Piratey Goodness here than you are giving credit for!

Cutlass, skull and rum-barrel necklace
Skull buttons
Lady-pirate strung from belt
Loot-covered base
That beard!

But these fellas, I'm sure you'll all agree, is ship-shape:

The beard is fabulous but the detailing is subtle rather than LOOK ITS A GIANT IN PIRATE FORM! Not necessarily a bad thing I just think given the cost I'd try and do it myself.

Those Orcs are zoggin perfect. I love the grot in the middle with the HUGE hat.

WarbossKurgan - March 27, 2009 04:47 PM (GMT)
Agreed and agreed! :yarr!:

I may have a go at Greenstuffing "Napoleon Goblinapart" myself!

Both the pirate giant and Orcs are great...

Not a bad looking model. Looks awfully familiar to me...

Sharkbelly! Welcome mate! :yarr!:

Woah, how have I not found these guys before...?

They've got some really nifty sculpts there in all their ranges, but I have to agree that their Pirate Greenskins are certainly a cut above the rest :D

I'm dying right now. If only they had a few more poses, I'd buy a whole army straight from them! :yarr!:

Snotfinga - October 28, 2010 09:11 AM (GMT)
Oh my god, those pirate orcs and goblins are just lovely! Makes me wanna start a pirate warband too. :D
I like the giant too, it's a wonderful sculpt, but indeed a bit pricy.
