Seriously. I’m proud of you and your gonna knock ‘em dead on Monday and you’re gonna get that full ride. I know it.
What would I do without you?
Crash and burn.
Every once in awhile Jessica would have a time where her mind would feel like it was exploding, the flashes of her past, to the existence she once lived when she was a human. The lovely memories where she was happy with the man that she loved, she was living the life that was filled with such pride and hope, she had the freedom to start her life as going to college, seeking her career to have a life that was stable and secure. Until that night when Sam's brother, Dean came and took Sam away. Leaving her behind, not that she ever was using that task of him to go and try to find his father as a fault of her death. She forgave Sam who she knew thought it was his fault. That he wasn't there to protect her. He didn't know, no one knew.
I’m fine.
It’s just…you won’t even talk about your family and now you’re taking off in the middle of the night to spend the weekend with them? And with Monday coming up which is kind of a huge deal.
Hey, everything’s gonna be okay. I will be back in time-I promise.
At least tell me where you’re going!
She was rested and at peace after she was murdered. Why now? why was she brought back from the dead? --- or rather brought back to life. Though how can she explain to be brought back to life or brought back from the dead. When in truth, she was neither alive or dead. What was she? according to Gabriel, an Angel. She had abilities to appear and disappear, she had the immortality blood running through her veins. She wasn't the same ole' Jessica Moore. She had no family, she had no friends, she didn't even have Sam Winchester anymore. So who was she? just an Angel, half the time she barely felt like herself. That voice in her head made her have the internal and different instincts of some heartless person, telling her sometimes what to do and what not to. Yet the voice never answered the questions that she elite in her brain. No one was telling her anything, Gabriel told her to wait..
This is crazy, I'm not suppose to be alive. I'm not some Fallen Angel from God, I'm Jessica Moore..I'm suppose to be 6 feet underground. I'm not some warrior. Just tell me what this is all about, you can at least give me that.
The task is done here, Jessica. You will be brought forth another Angel when the time is needed
Wait for what?..or rather who, she had no idea what he was talking about. After that long term of training or rather being re-trained, Gabriel was preparing her for a war. But the war she was not clear on, but she knew it involved the world, hell, heaven, and the Winchester Brothers. So if heaven did not want to tell her why she was here, if Gabriel did not want to tell her. The only resort she could do was to go to church which in fact she barely did when she was alive. Last time she remembered of going to church when she was a little girl, her mom used to take her to Sunday school but after she got older. She began to stop going to Sunday School but that never made her forget in being a believer of God.
Jessica walked from around the corner of the hallway suddenly, wearing a white very short sleeved V-neck shirt with a pair of jeans with a pair of flat white ballet looking shoes with her blond golden hair down in curled locks. She slowly walked along the aisle until she made it to the front of the church, she rubbed her arms up and down looking confused as ever but she knew perhaps being here. Something might turn out to be good in all this, perhaps she could find out some answers. She looked up at the mantel, staring at the statue before her that's an object impersonating of how God is suppose to look like. She vaguely remembered how he looked, only his voice and a big bright and white light. That's all she remembered.
"Why am I here? I'm not suppose to be here, I'm suppose to be dead." Jessica voiced out with the tone of utter grief and confusion, she looked the same. Nothing changed much about her except her hair, she didn't look a day older from when she was killed at the solid age of 21. Her blue eyes looked up into the hearts of the the statue, wishing that it was really God. Not just a statue, she sighed not getting any voices from the statue, nor any voices enlightening her mind to tell her what to do which that happened every so often.

Only certain people who have shown great potential in serving for something such as the apocalypse. One being Jessica Moore. Sweet Jessica, who had no fathomable idea the her life would be cut short due to Azazel and his need for Sam Winchester, was picked personally by Castiel to be trained for a possible Apocalypse which was now going on at this very moment. Jessica had much potential, and Castiel saw it fit that he would assign Gabriel to train her. She was an angel, because of certain qualities in which she possessed, but was never told exactly who brought her back.
Now, here she was, sitting at a mantel, praying to a figure which represented the lord, where in reality, he didn’t hear any of the things in which she had questioned. The expression on her face was that full of questioned. Her heart pained to have her questions answered, yet there was no reply from Him.
"Why am I here? I'm not suppose to be here, I'm suppose to be dead."
Instead of hearing a voice from the Lord, she would instead hear it from the angel which chose for her to still be in existence. Castiel appeared behind Jessica, standing as still as a statue. His looked down to see her looking up towards the statue. His presence could easily be felt by her, and only her for now.
“You have much importance as of now, Jessica.” He said calmly. His brilliant blue eyes twinkled from the lighting of the candles that filled this room, but held a cold presence to them, one of seriousness. His hands stayed in his pockets as he stood behind her. Another breath was drawn and then he spoke once more. “I see that Gabriel has taught you much, but there is still more for you to discover.” Of course, he had to use a form of riddlery as he spoke, letting her ask questions for herself to seek out

There was no voices coming from this statue, no signs either which made her mouth protude out because she was frustrated and tired in not knowing what was going on. It all started first off when Dean came back to town, Sam did not really tell her everything with what was going on with him, then there was him going out to find his father. Which at first sounded like what any normal son would for his father, to find him and bring him back home to safety. Jess had no idea what really was lying in the cracks, there were lies..maybe to protect her? but how could she be protected when she was killed? unless it was all added up to what God wanted, maybe to have her in heaven with him, to protect him now like he's suppose to be.
She bellowed out a slow sigh, unsure what to do now until her eyes closed. She felt weird, something was making her feel weird, what was it? it was in the pit of her stomach, she was unsure the source until she got the feeling somebody was watching her, really watching her. They were close by, her eyes searched in front of her until she figured to turn around at the exact moment when he spoken.
Who was he? she raised and eyebrow and kept herself on guard. Gabriel told her to be careful, there were evil out there who would want to try and hurt her again except this time, she was really protected by God this time. She looked at him up and down, attempting to wish to figure out who he was. When he spoke to her, he knew her name already. That's another sign he knew her already. He knew of Gabriel training her. Another sign, except how would evil know that Gabriel was training her.
You have much importance as of now, Jessica.
"I have much importance, how?" Her blue but sadden eyes looked before him, crossing her arms over each other. But she felt drawn to this man, or rather..maybe he was such like her. Something told her inside that she was not in harms way, he was not somebody to be afraid of; he showed no anger but utter peace and calmness. His voice dazzled with solemn, the look on his face was filled with concentration of whom he was and what he stood for.
I see that Gabriel has taught you much, but there is still more for you to discover.
He was determined, she could tell clearly on his face. "How did you know about Gabriel training me? Who are you?" Jessica asked him, preferably maybe assuming he was the sign she wanted. Was he or was this all some sick game?

Jessica's blue eyes watched him, even when he began to speak. His voice was rather emasculate and rough, but he had a similar manly charm to his voice when he spoke. "I have unfortunately I heard that Sam Winchester had some part in his return." She told him in a regretful voice to the key of her tone, she was not happy to hear that he had some part in it that sort of evil. She rubbed her lips together, raising an eyebrow as he then continued on to talk.
"I have came to understanding of my return, but I don't know how I have importance. There has to be more of a reason than just because of all that's happened to me. Is that the reason? because I was killed due to the beginning of the story to all this?" Jessica wanted to know, she wanted to know the answers that she was going to be asking him.
In a way she didn't want to be in this war with Lucifer and the war with all hell coming to earth but for one she did not want to have anything happen to Sam, if anything happened to him. She would die even if she was already dead. But what made her wonder is why did Castiel choose her? the whole riddles of importance did not make any sense to her, a few excuses came to mind, but not much.
“I know of Gabriel’s training because I was the one who had chosen Gabriel to do so. His training seems to have been quite successful, but I see that he has not told you who I am. I am Castiel. An angel of the lord.”
Once he introduced himself, it all made sense. Perhaps he was one of the higher angels of the lord like he spoke of, his training was successful? sure on some parts. "Oh, you're Castiel. I've heard of you from my weakening memories being in heaven. I never knew I would ever meet you, I guess I should say it's an honor." Her pouty lips gave him a faint smile.
"You're the one who choose me? Was it because of Sam?"

"I have unfortunately I heard that Sam Winchester had some part in his return."
His cobalt eyes stayed upon Jessica as she spoke, mentioning that Sam had a part in the apocalypse. Must've hurt to hear about how Sam's fate was something that Jessica couldn't have imagined. He could see the pain in her eyes and it was upsetting to see that.
"I have came to understanding of my return, but I don't know how I have importance. There has to be more of a reason than just because of all that's happened to me. Is that the reason? because I was killed due to the beginning of the story to all this?"
Castiel listened with patient ears, hearing her speak of how she didn't understand exactly the importance of why she was brought back. His words seeped through his mouth as smooth as caramel when he responded. "Yes, Jessica. One of the reasons being that you were taken away so suddenly. However, it deals more with the grace and compassion that you held when you were human. Many of the angels saw this as well."
It was true. With her time on earth, Castiel saw everything and watched how Jessica grew as a human. Her faith was strong, which brought on the consideration of having her become an angel once she passed. But the qualities in which she bestowed were of great importance to Castiel and Jessica's role that she would have in this war.
"Oh, you're Castiel. I've heard of you from my weakening memories being in heaven. I never knew I would ever meet you, I guess I should say it's an honor."
Castiel shifted his weight from one foot to the other as he stood before Jessica. He nodded. "Sam also shared the honor of meeting with me. Seems strange to say this but he was very surprised and honored to meet me as well."
"You're the one who choose me? Was it because of Sam?"
"Partly. I had influence on why you were chosen, but I didn't have full authority on carrying out that wish. Sam was one of the reasons, another your personality. The others? I am not certain as to why but they were of positive ones."
He took a breath in before continuing. "I was brought here to direct you. It is not safe here, nor is it in in heaven, but you do have my protection under these treacherous times."

Something of how Castiel spoke of her, gave her a better meaning of what was going on and why she was chosen for all of this. The way he spoke to her, made her feel much much better but still she was gravely confused, any person woman or man would be confused on why they were given this gift and this opportunity. Jessica rubbed her lips together, her eyebrows sort of curled together when he spoke of how it was not safe here or it was not safe in heaven. It wasn't safe in heaven? how could that be? Jess never knew that heaven would not be safe at all for any angel out there.
She was glad indeed that he was here to protect her, but she wondered who was protecting him? if anything would happen to him, what would happen to her? She pursued her lips out then finished them back together in a normal capacity.
"Thanks for protecting me, Castiel but who is protecting you though all of this? I mean I know there is going to be a war, someday..I just can't believe how this all happened to me. I apologize If I seem like I can't move on quick enough. I'm not gonna stick on the past, it'll take some time." She cleared her throat a little, her eyes glanced around the church then back to Castiel.
"Lucifer is back, he's possessing people to walk on Earth from what I've heard from Gabriel. He didn't give me the entire story but I learned enough. It's nothing but bad news, don't us angels ever get any good news now a days?" She said sort of teasing but she did not know if Castiel would get the whole little joke, his job probably wasn't a joke to him. It wasn't to her, she was just trying to stay as sane as possible as she could through these times.
"If it isn't safe here, in these churches or in heaven. Where do you go when you aren't out there guiding Dean and Sam?"

"Thanks for protecting me, Castiel but who is protecting you though all of this? I mean I know there is going to be a war, someday..
That question got to him. If he was protecting Jessica, there must be some one protecting Castiel. Although he would've like to say that God was protecting him, God was nowhere in sight for the other angels.
A sigh escaped from Castiel's mouth as he treid to figure out a way to respond to that. "I cannot answer that question truthfully, Jessica. I wish I had an answer for you in regards to my protection."
"I just can't believe how this all happened to me. I apologize If I seem like I can't move on quick enough. I'm not gonna stick on the past, it'll take some time."
He saw her eyes flutter about in the church, and it seemed she wished God could answer her about moving on. He nodded. "No apology is necessary, Jessica. It is understandable."
"Lucifer is back, he's possessing people to walk on Earth from what I've heard from Gabriel. He didn't give me the entire story but I learned enough. It's nothing but bad news, don't us angels ever get any good news now a days?"
"Not only that, but Lucifer seems to have gathered souls as he walks the earth. Yes, Gabriel hasn't told you everything, for there are several angels that have disobeyed God's will. It is extremely unfortunate to hear of this. In regards to the humans that walk this earth, having sold their soul to Lucifer, we must be careful of this. One in particular is Amelia Denters. Be careful of her and watch out for her. It appears that Lucifer has taken a liking into her and she is close to being indestructible."
"If it isn't safe here, in these churches or in heaven. Where do you go when you aren't out there guiding Dean and Sam?"
Simply, he responded. "Helping others that wish to fight in this war for the greater good.

Jessica grew quiet. Based on one thing. This whole finding out about Lucifer bringing on a whole army by gathering souls on earth, that was really scary especially when she was new in all this, being involved in this from the very beginning had it's perks and it's disabling annoyances. When all in all Sam tried his best to keep her out of this and now look at her, she was an angel right smacked in the middle of all this. Jessica knew that she had other angels on side like Castiel and Gabriel, but what made her fear is what was going to happen in the long run when the war was going to start.
But she had to have faith and believe in the goodness between the end of the tunnel and between heaven and hell. Something good had to come out of this, somehow..some way.
Jess did make sure to keep her eyes open for that person he mentioned of. Amelia Danters. Must not be a good person to deal with if Castiel was giving her a warning and a heads up. "I will, Castiel. Don't worry..thank you though, for letting me know." She said in admiration for his kindness, he was a nice and sweet person though, angel rather than person but all people around her looked like they were people to her still, she couldn't tell back and forth from which.
Her blue orbs stared over to Castiel, letting her arms rub up and down. a little tendency of herself, but she would cool it and try not to do that before she started to nibble on her bottom lip a little nervously, she would of smacked herself out of that course of action but she decided not to. She lightly smiled at him. The way he talked did make things come in reasoning, much better than she was feeling like before with walking around blind-sided with her arrival.
"Helping others that wish to fight in this war for the greater good."
"That about sums it up, huh?" She spoke to him softly and kindly. He wasn't much for talking but he did answer questions that she did ask him. "I guess I have all of my questions answered, so what do we do now in the mean time?"
