How do u become a mod/administrator?

you can become mod/admin for extreeme loyalty and perseverence to the site. If you show that you are a site regular, you will become mod. if you show contribution and regularity, you become super mod or co admin depending on my favor towards you. Only people that are trusted become Root Admins.
