Hello, everybody!
To kick off the (re)opening of the site (when it does) and the opening of the forums, Ojamajo World is having an Ojamajo Doremi OC (A.K.A. Original character, or a made-up) contest!
It's easy for anybody to enter! All you need is your character's :
- Name
- Color
- Personality
- Picture (drawn or a recolored screenshot, though drawn is preferred. Heck, if you want, you could even make a sim in the Sims (preferrably the Sims 2 or 3) and screenshot that if you wanted. Give the original mesh/clothing/ect. makers credit if you do that, though.)
- Score on the mary-sue litmus test (Google it, test your character with it, and then screenshot it)
- Anything else that we might want to learn about your character! (Are there any traits that we should know about that we can't see in the picture for whatever reason? What class is your character in? Did they live in a foreign country before? A different town/city? How does your character write their name?)
For the picture and mary-sue litmus test score, please upload the images to an image uploader like photobucket or imageshack.us and then, instead of posting the image, post the link. It saves time, especially for dial-up users what with their slow internet connections and all. )

Name : Lucy Nishikawa (Her first name is written in katakana as "Ru-shi-i", and her last name is written with the kanji for "west" and "river")
Color : Shown in picture...it's a peach-ish color...I think.
Personality : Pretty calm, but laughs very easily. She can help brighten up the room when it is sad.

Other : She's actually a year older than the other Ojamajos. She enjoys anything art-related, and has won a few prizes for her paintings. She dreams of being a clothing designer when she gets older while painting on the side, and, after a long career, retire, live on the countryside with her husband (she hopes she has a husband), and then stay there and keep painting.

Entering will end December 6, 2010, and afterwards, there will be voting via a poll (which will last 2 weeks). 3-8 winners (depending on how many people enter) will be selected based on their popularity in the poll, and their characters will be posted on a special new "OCs" page. They will also receive a place in the "contest winners" usergroup (if they're not already in another usergroup) Also, the top 3 will receive:
1st Place: Avatar and signature set featuring your OC, and a custom drawing of your OC
2nd Place: A custom drawing of your OC
3rd Place: An avatar of your OC
