i have just join'd this forum and have been inspired by all your cool signatures
to make sig pic so after a few attemps i have made this one



just wondered if any of you superb artists could give me some tips to making a really good pic

I would say the 1st one is good, but needs a different font and less empty space.
The second is pretty good, but you should get rid of the dark blue outside and just make it a transparent .GIF or .PNG.

(And just so you know, things like this go in the 'Show Off' section, that way Anarchy won't have an aneurism on your ass)

man that aint bad, how long did you say you been using photoshop for. as for the other siggy the man is right make that transparent and your set to go. I have a suggestion which is only personal, but well, look up some abstract art, put that in a background put in some blending effects then have your way with a siggy, trust me it's quick easy and looks really cool!

B) hmm im pretty new here and im not a "skilled" person, but i thinke maybe i can help u.

As i can see u allready know the basics of photoshop. thats good:)
Ok its so whene all the "skilled" ppl do pretty sigs/logos and things like that they use diffrentbrushsets that can give your picture a good looking backround...

hmm look at my sig

i used 6brushs and ctrl+L and Ctrl+U four the backrund .. (i can tell u the text if u want;) )
so all i can say is download som sweet brushsets from devianart or something... and when u got som coool brushsets youst random click on the picture and make em to look "nice". and make like 4 layers with diffrentcolors... and after that u can playaround with ctrl+L and ctrl+U and u will get a sweet sig :)
