yes. again, most "trendy" designs now can be done more than one way like most designs, but good ones cant be replicated in one layer proerty, like i said you can do this many ways. here is my way



another way, not as easy and probably the way most of them do it is to just get a rectangle, fill half with white and use a transparent layer mask. yea, there is an example (its that big glowy thing) lol
