Electric Ball

-Create a new document any size (I chose 400x400)

-Push D to reset your colours

-Filter-render-clouds

-Filter-render-difference clouds

-Ctrl+I to inverse

-Image-adjustments-levels (Ctrl+L)
And use these settings settings
or in the second box in the tp instead of 1.00 put .10
-Duplicate the layer and set the mode to lighten

-Image-adjustments-colour balance and select a colour you like (I’m using a green which has these settings) settings
-60,+60,-30
-Merge down

-Duplicate the layer once again and set the blending mode to lighten

-Filter-distort-twirl change to 300 push ok and merge

-Duplicate the layer once again and set the blending mode to lighten

-Filter-distort-twirl change to -600 push ok and merge once again

-Ok you can stop here but if u choose u can keep going because I think its too bright so its very simple to change.

-Image adjustments-brightness/contrast and leave contrast the way it is at 0 and change brightness to -35 and it should add a tint.

So here is my final result hope u like the tut. :)"
