Title: White Chrome

1.) Open a new document with a background color and size of your choice. I used White
2.) Get the text tool and (i used 60pt text with the font Ultra 911) make the foreground color white. Write whatever you want on your canvas. I wrote "White Chrome.
3.) Put these 2 layer styles on your text layer:
and
NOTE: It doesn't have to be exactly the same as mine, just similar.
4.) To make it easier to read, add a 1px black stroke on the text layer.
your done. this is what i got
