-ok first off push d to reset your colors

-filter->render->clouds

-Filter->blur->radial blur

-Grab your gradient tool put the mode to difference, and choose foreground to background. when selected go ape shit with about 20 long and short clicks till u get something like this.click here

-After that create a new layer and select 2 colors u want (they shud be closely related)i chose red and orange.
take your gradient tool once again using the same settings as before and while holding shift go from the top to the middle. set the blending mode to overlay.

-repeat the last step twice exept when doing the gradient go from the bottom to middle and left to middle.

-when done merge all the layers in to the background layer by going to the top one and pressing CTRL+E for each till u ionly have one layer.

-Go to Filter->Artistic->Plastic Wrap and use the default settings

-Duplicate the layer and do to filter->Distort->polar coordinates and choose RECTANGULAR TO POLAR

-duplicate the background image again and this time go filter->Distort->Polar coordinates and choose POLAR TO RECTANGUALR

-set both layer blending modes to overlay and merge into one layer and that layer being the background layer.

-Next go to Filter->Blur->Radial Blur

AND WERE DONE HERE IS WAT I GOT BUT SINCE U PROBABLY CHOSE DIFFERENT COLORS ITS DIFF. :) good luck with this tut.
