Akina crept into the loner lands rather uneasily. Her legs were still a bit wobbly from not being on land (now for many added hours). She looked around the trees, peeking into logs and other things. The fae spotted a starved snowy rabbit, and pounced on the creature with well practiced ease. It made for a good meal as she gulped the snack down. Licking her lips, she focused on her goal again. Leaves...

Now, she wasn't much of a herb wolf, but she knew about watermint, yarrow, poppy seeds, and marigold, among others. However, it was winter on land, and all of these were frozen or dead. Not much use, really. What she was really after was something soft.

Just the thing lay in a nice comfy hollow. A frozen hollow, but cozy for whatever bird had once lived there. Now all that was left were a few frozen feathers. She snatched up a few fallen dock leaves (large and flexible things) and lay as many feathers as she could gather in it. Next, she searched for moss. It was frozen and cracking, but a few minutes underwater would fix that. She dug up as much as she could carry, and lay it on the feathers.

That was about it. She snatched up a few branches off of a nearby bush (who knows what for) and wrapped up the feathers and moss. She lifted the branches and her bundle up, and trotted off, back to the ocean, quite happy with herself.
