Aseroth eventually came to a jog as he neared the field. It wasn't quite as he remembered it years before. This is where he and his mate had came to many times. This only hurt him more over his already lingering pain. He would have to go soon, but he was getting hungry. He couldn't help it any longer. He had to leave this place, go somewhere where he could cool down, he needed to make it to the Ruukina lands. It wasn't like this journey was completely useful in anyway, but it was like a short vacation. Kasadya would most likely understand, as they had always had an understanding. Their packs had almost always been in aliance.
Aseroth took a last sniff of the crisp air. He looked out into the fields. A beautiful brown wolf stood there. He made her way over to her and licked her ear. "Hello Aseroth," the fae said, "What have you been up to?". Aseroth shivered. THe voice sounded so hollow, so empty. Not the one he once loved. But, no, she wasn't really there. It was his old memories playing games. The pain he felt the pain he inflicted. He deserved punishment. He knew it. The heavens knew it too. He could feel their wrath coming down on him for his sins. Soon it may be over. He could smell it in the air, see it in the skies, and feel it all around him. Hell would rise, and these wolves were smack in the middle of it.
The brute began his way over to the Ruukina lands. He would return here after. For old times sake. As he made his way out of the fields, he left small prints of burnt grass. But the tracks soon faded as he began a sprint. His feet barely touched the ground. And he was gone again.
