Ahh, spring. The flowers are blooming and the sky is beautiful and clear. Prey is everywhere and all the wolves are having a great time. Pups are also abundant this season, but best of all it's very warm, well that's good for most wolves, Soron wolves may feel a bit overheated this season.

Darina sat, she sat longing for company the loneliness bothered her deeply, and she wanted a friend. She wanted help but no one could offer it her face was cold and her eyes shut, she laid down, the path reminding her of a poem her mom would say to her, she opened her eyes saying all she could remember:
"Tis the lane I walk is a sandy one But the one I run point’s home For the bell’s that chime so merrily Seem clueless to the world’s drone For the fountain that shot so elegantly Now tumbling rusted stone All piles of dust that once could be And the forest of hills with beauty it shone..."
She closed her eyes unable to remember any more of the poem she rest her head on her paws he only thought that remained on her mind was please someone come "please...someone" She said at last before falling into a deep sleep with dreams that faded into nightmares.

Dorogon hummed a silly tune he had learned in his pup-hood. The handsome and a bit ruffled looking brute wandered in with his gaping lope and his tail wagging. His dark gray fur with lighter flecks glistened a dusty color, although it did complement his form. His two muticolored eyes, the left minty green, the right icy blue, scanned the Mirma Lands. He chose a certain path that looked rather interesting. "What shall I meet down the path of memories?" he mused in his charming voice. "Maybe a louse, or a mouse! Or a lemming or a hemming. Whatever a hemming or a louse is." At that he laughed softly. His eyes glittered with warmth even in these frozen and cold times. My my.. he hadn't seen a wolf in days! Sure, he was rather timid, but as long as no one snuck up on him, he could be find. Technically, he was rather more comfortable around faes. They were less likely to bite, as long as you were respectfully polite.
Just like this he saw one, and stopped dead. A little brown femme, laying in the snow and fast asleep. He blinked a couple of times. What was a wolf doing here all alone? This was a dangerous place. He shook his head, deciding he would keep her company. Even asleep, she looked so miserable. However, he didn't want to wake the poor thing. It was only polite to let her keep to herself and her dreams if she wished.
So he padded silently to where she was and sat a distance away, facing her. His head tilted slightly to the side, and he sit to wait for her to wake. He made not a sound, and just stood there looking polite.

Darina twitched her ears a bit in her sleep, she heard a sound, and she thought she was dreaming when she opened her eyes to see a figure standing a way's away from her. Had her wish really come true had someone come to visit her and break the loneliness she had felt, as she grew more awake she realized a brute there and she wasn't dreaming?
She got up slowly and stretched her legs one by one and picked up a brisk trot to go and meet the brute, as he came closer into view she realized how stunning he looked, eyes both of different tones, and a dark gray pelt with lighter flecks scattered in places. "Hello" She said her small voice almost a squeak "I'm Darina who are you?” When she sat down she realized how close she was to this brute she did not know. If he really wanted to hurt her he could do so easily, but she thought of it rude to get up and move away so she sat still awaiting a reply.

Dorogon smiled almost sheepishly as the femme awoke and came closer. He nodded politely when she said hello, and his ears twitched when she gave her name. "Darina...Its a pleasure to meet you then, Miss Darina." he dipped his head low for just a moment in an almost bowing gesture. "My name is Dorogon." for a moment he sat in silence, but just a moment. He was busy listening to the rustle of some creature among the trees to the right. Many femmes might have thought him to be flirting with his smooth, serene, charming voice and his pleasant manners. Really though, he was just a young wolf who couldn't help but be polite.
He cleared his throut after a bit and turned his attention back to the brown fae, smiling pleasantly. "Tell me Mis Darina, if you don't mind me asking- what brings you to these parts in the middle of winter?" He questioned politely, his tail twitching slightly from side to side. He examined the frozen branches again, his naturally ruffled pelt shivering. Where he was from, it was never this cold. The air was always pleasantly warm, and everything green and fresh. How had he come to wander to this desolate place?
It may have been pure chance. He had run many miles to flee from his birth pack. His mother had been forcebred, at the beginning. How could such a thing happen to a fae? Some brutes were.. well... brutal! He would never do such a thing to a fae. Then she rejected him. His siblings.. they had been sent into exile, no? He smiled sadly. Then he had been tortured. His mother ran away, and his father chased after her, hungry for more pups. Disgusting brute he had been... then Dorogon had been all alone. They tortured him. They tore at him. He could feel his thick scars around his waist and all across his back end, though not visible. Then.. then he had run. He ran away. Forever and ever. And that was how he came to be here, wasn't it?
He shook the flashing memories from his mind. Then Dorogon focused all his attention on Darina, waiting for an answer.

"Yes, very cold especially with that wind" She said smiling, at him his eyes lovely but sad at the same time. She sat looking into the wind now, wincing a tiny bit a the cold hit her, she wondered most of the time causing her to forget what she was about to say. She remembered and blinked quickly out of thought, she let the wind rustle through her thick coat as she played the words out in her head making sure she didn’t' say anything to offend him. "I'm deeply sorry your pack was like that, and that you ran away, I truly am. I myself have a different story but somehow we ended up with the same endings no where to go.” She sighed thinking back to her past, and then trying to force the thoughts from her mind, she hated thinking of them.
She blinked at his question, thinking about the words then her face grew into a smile and she barked with a friendly voice "Of course I'd love to travel with you, I hate being alone and I had been waited for a friend actually, I'd love your company" She smiled looking down a giggling slightly.

Darina Smiled as well, her eyes were very soft and calm, "I'm very glad now I have someone to travel with and will not be facing the cold alone" She stood up as the wind stopped blowing as harshly but the snow began to softly fall. "If you think you could find food that would be wonderful" She let her tail wag in pleasure she was completely starved and hadn't realized it until He had mentioned something.
She shook some of the fallen snow off she watched him run off for food she now trusted her new friend and knew now she was never alone, just hoping he would never abandon her, he was one of the only friends she had. She was delighted to go to the dens she hadn't even thought of doing so. But she quickly trotted off, her head filled with so many thoughts and new things, perhaps maybe she would find hope here after all, hope in someone who too is searching for hope
She let her feet take her away she loved to run she soared with the wind, here the brutal cold wind wasn't her friend, nor enemy, it was part of her soul when she ran she was free, free to turn where she pleased to think what she wanted, just overall free.
