RM689, (G-ALGT) This skin is for the Spitfire MK.XIVe and represents Spitfire RM689 in a civilian paint scheme in happier times before it was destroyed in a fatal crash at Woodford on the 27th June 1992 in which Dave Moore sadly lost his life. RM689 is currently being restored using as much of the original aircraft as possible. Being that I have removed all shell ejection ports (obviously couldn't remove the cannons) this skin may well fit the Mk.XIVc as well but I have not tested this. A version has been included without the markings and a history of the aircraft is included with the download.
