Okay well this is the first guide I've made so go easy on me.

First off after you make your character go to extra features up in the top left hand part of the screen then to exam check and finally genin. If you still have a while then go down to the bottom part of the academy and go to the left until you see logs. Attack the logs until you see the genin exam is 5 minutes then go up the stairs and to the right until you see the exam room. Go in and wait until the exam starts then right click the test and take it.

If you passed then look in your stats at your Stamina. If you have at least 1,000 then go to extra features and toggle minimap. Go to the big waterfall in the middle of the map and walk up and down the mountain by it. Go until you have around 50-100,000 Stamina and then go to a giant tree and tree climb until 35% Chakra Control (CC). After you get 35% rest and you should learn to waterwalk. Turn waterwalk on under commands tab and stand on the water until you fall in. Get out and go back onto the water. Do this as much as you have to until you get 100% Chakra control.

After you get to 100% CC go back to log training until around 3,000 Taijutsu. After that use Kawarimi to gain Ninjutsu or Bunshin to gain Genjutsu until 3,000 of whichever one you chose. After you finish with that one switch to the other you didn't use and go until 3,000. Next you should go find some chickens which are located in most villages. Kill chickens and take their feathers until you get 400 and take them to your mission guy in your village. Give all the feathers to him and you will now have 8 missions completed which you need to enter Chuunin exam. You should now have a fairly good standing in the Chuunin exams. Go join and see what you can do.

The Chuunin exam consists of three parts. The first is the written exam which consists of ten questions. If you and at least one other player pass that then you will be taken to the Forest of Death (FOD). You will be given either the Heaven or Earth scroll. Here you must kill another player and find the scroll you don't have. After you have both different scroll types make your way to the tower (which is circular for some reason) in the middle of the forest. Go in and just wait to see if somebody else makes it. If nobody does then congratulations you are now a Chuunin. If somebody else does make it though you will have to fight to the death with them. The winner gets Chuunin.

After you get Chuunin you can get a profession. Professions are scattered throughout the world. You can choose professions such as Sand-Nin, Assasin, Sword-Nin, Fan-Nin, Medic, etc. You must have 2,000 gold on you to get it. Gold can be earned by fishing or crafting. If you choose crafting then you should craft Kunai because they are worth the most (500 gold).

All I can leave you with is the general direction in which to go for Special Jounin (SJ) and Jounin. All I can say is do missions. Lots of missions. Especially A missions which are located North of Leaf to the left of Stamina Mountain.
