I think there should be a way to get you more than one puppy. Like you get your first dog(or cat/baby panda) free with doing nothing, but after you have like 10k all tai, gen and nin, you have your second dog and after 100k tai, gen and nin you could get third dog, like Kiba's sister and Mother had.
