Planning: Congress of Rogues

During the lapse, Eron will begin to build a smuggling/merc ring with some of the Cryth supplies and caches he downloaded during his time with them. He already has connections through his upbringing and adventures to hear about such a meeting.

By then, he'll just be a little more important...

Congress of Rogues will be on Tenupe right?

That was an option, but you'd mentioned that Hogue's secret base was on Tenupe, and I didn't want our storylines to clash. So it's on a space station outsystem of Tatooine. The thread is in the planet forum.

Could you also delete Kara's duplicate post? I forgot that I was logged into her.

And I forgot all about saying Tenupe was Hogue's secret base. Guess I need to refresh myself on that. Lol.

Is anybody else planning to post in this thread aside from Ixtren and myself? Let me know so we can work out a posting order.

Vocari, Eron, you guys are up in Congress of Rogues.

Posting has been a bit slim lately. You guys been busy?

I thought it was Eron's turn after Ixtren. That's why I haven't gone.

And yeah, I have been busy. But I'm trying to make at least one post a week on one of the sites.

I'm not as concerned with posting order as I am with activity

I was wondering how much farther we want to take this and where we want to go next? The big plot will be starting soon, course the pirates and smugglers band won't be able to participate right off the bat with that. And there's always the superlaser floating around out there.

I wasn't sure whether there was going to be a sabotage attack on the meeting or not. Maybe one that targets the pro-action faction? (Vocari, Ixtren, Eron, etc) The outcome of the meeting could very well be a deepening of the dichotomy between the factions, with each going their separate ways. After that, any pro-actions that want to join Superlasers and Warlords, and maybe the AD arc after that?

I was busy for a bit, but I was also waiting to see where it would go next before my next post.

Are we going to have a bit of tension? Some sort of bomb going off, narrowly missing our host?

I can be the baddie if needed. Eron has always been a bit of a loose cannon. Now that he has his organization set up, perhaps his eyes are on a bigger prize?

Dunno, where do you want to got with it? I had initially thought the meeting would take place, we'd get introduced and begin planning our initial strikes on the Vong. Either individually or together, or both at times.

I guess the real question is, where are we going?

Well we could have Vong infiltrators pop up and attack the meeting. Or we could have the two factions get into a fight and solidify things. I guess Ixtren needs to talk with Vocari still in order to seal their alliance. So maybe we do that first, then have the 'event' happen.

Depends on what you want Eron to do after the thread ends. I'd envisioned the split to be between pro-action and anti-action/Vong sympathizing factions, but it can definitely be more complex than that. It really depends on how you all see your characters acting in this situation.
