Be tolerant, understanding and respectful of other people's point of view. If you strongly disagree or are upset over somebody's posting, simply respond by stating your point of view. Do not criticise, censure or ridicule others for their beliefs, opinions or views. Please also take into account the difficulty many people have in expressing their precise feelings and emotions in a written message.

Rules

• Do not ridicule other members spelling, grammar.
• This site has been set up to allow brides to express views on all aspects of their wedding. It is not however a place to slate other members. Any posts found to be hurtful to other members will be removed.
• The forum is a place to discuss matters that you may not feel you can talk to others about. Please remember just because something seems unimportant to you does not mean that it is irrelevant. Please respect the fact that other members may wish to discuss a subject in length, if you are not interested simply do not read the post. Do not feel the need to comment.
• Nibridesupport reserve the right to remove and/or edit ANY posts by ANY user for whatever reason considered necessary.
• This forum works on a 3 strikes and you are out system members who require their posts to be removed will receive a warning for each removed post on the 2nd warning posts will be monitored and all posts will be checked by the Nibidesupport team before appearing on the board. On the 3rd warning membership will be revoked
• Nibridesupport also reserves the right to suspend/moderate or terminate any membership without notice if they feel the member is causing extreme disruption.
• Please remember that our suppliers businesses are their livelihood. We ask that members do not request a booking for a service that they do not intend to use. If you change your mind in regards to a service you have provisionally booked please contact the supplier as quickly as possible to allow them to free that date and avoid a loss in earnings.
• We understand that you may change your mind about booking a service and you are at no time under obligation to deal with the suppliers on this forum. However Members should not use the forum to repeatedly request and cancel the services of suppliers. This is to protect our suppliers who often offer special rates for our members.
• You must be a member for a period of 4 weeks and have made a minimum of 20 relevant posts before you can post a negative supplier review.
• Any member found to be leaving unfair negative reviews of a supplier will have their posts removed and a warning issued.
• Although there are a number of moderators on the forum it is possible that posts which break these rules can slip through the net if you feel a post contravenes the rules please use the report feature on the board.
• Any moderator found to be using their privileges without valid reason, or to disrupt/destroy the forum will immediately have their moderator status removed.

NB:1All reports and complains will be handled with the strictest confidentiality. At no time will the member/moderator/administrator you have complained about be aware of who you are.

Suppliers

• We ask that suppliers make themselves known as such to the admin/moderation team to allow special permissions to be set. Also giving them access to the suppliers’ only board.
• As we do not ask for an advertising fee, suppliers must make a contribution to the site; a minimum of ten relevant posts must be made before a supplier can post details of their company unless they have been granted permission by administration. This is to avoid suppliers using the site purely as an avenue to advertise.
• You may not use the forum private/email messaging system to solicit members to come to a website or offer any products or services or for any other reason unless the member has publicly requested the information.
• Please remember that the members on here are not regulated and we cannot guarantee that a person is who they claim to be. We therefore ask all suppliers to employ the same terms and conditions of booking as you would with any non forum customer.
• If an issue arises in relation to a member you feel is using the board to mess suppliers about please contact the Nibridesupport team. However please remember that it is not the responsibility of the Nibridesupport team to resolve such issues unless it is an issue which has previously arisen with a particular member. Nor is it the responsibility to attempt to extract payment from members for deposits or non payment of services rendered.
• Suppliers are free to post in regards to any information they believe will help fellow suppliers on the suppliers only forum. However Nibridesupport ask that personal details any customer/potential customer are not posted on the forum. We have a private messaging service which you are free to use.

Forum etiquette

• Web etiquette considers writing in Block capitals shouting and can be insulting or off putting to other members.
• To gain the full benefit of the forum try not to use slang or text talk as many members find this hard to read and understand and you may therefore not benefit from some members expertise.
• If you do not intend to use the services of a supplier please make this clear in any private communication. Suppliers are happy to help with any questions you may have in relation to their area of expertise it is not necessary to lead them to believe you will use their services when you have no intention to.

NB:a relevant post is one which makes a contribution to the conversation at hand.

Nibridesupport reserve the right to change or update the forum rules and regulations at any time new or amended rules and regulations will come into immediate effect. It is the responsibility of the member to check back on a regular basis for any updates
