NG's W9HQ on Official Forum of RS, Search W9HQ today at Runescape

Sam: UnknownLevs should have earned 99 slayer at level 3 on 9/9/9. He ****** up and somehow earned it on 9/7/9 instead.

He is the Zezima of level 3s. The greatest pure to have ever walked the face of Runescape, and lived to tell about it.

Thanks for the update. I get my skiller news from RScc Pcfl. Clan Peaceful is the oldest level 3 clan of Runescape, formed by Zzzamorak, the highest skill total level 3 Player Moderator on game.

And seeing as RScc Clan SC died off, that is the only major clan still active in Runescape for skillers (levels 3 through 33).

Keep me posted if you learn about anymore combat 3 slayers not listed here. And I'll do my best to keep the list updated thanks to the members of Pcfl.

Added a few more of the skilling SC clans to the list, thanks to mention by Jack6289 and Borisdec.

I had my first response from a Jagex Moderator on the Runescape forum board October 3rd 2009, and I never went back to check the reply until just now, while working on a copy/paste of the RS News from their website to our forum.

That is the quick find code to where I had a problem, solve it myself, and THEN a member of JaGeX posted a response.

Too bad they cannot give as much attention toward Gross Gore's topic regarding "Who Kicked Me?"

The official W9HQ thread at Runescape has been updated.

Also, added section.20 to cover any questions commonly asked around the community and here at NG, in regards to RScc rules and ranks.

This marks the 3rd time ever that a JaGeX Moderator spoke to us. Perhaps we are moving our way on up the chain of fame, to finally get our website listed as a legit community under the terms and conditions of Jagex's Rule-11, as posted listing by Mod Hohbein.

Awaiting a response from JaGeX, to better understand this rule that ISN'T referenced in the rules page or guidelines of RuneScape.

Perhaps we will also one day learn where the rule is posted which states it is illegal to keep image evidence of memos sent to us by Jagex, which affect the community as a whole, or for our own personal defense in later cases of a similar false report claim made.
