DeathSkill59: A burden that our website was around far longer than Sals Realm or RuneHQ, and yet they are listed by Jagex at Rule 11, and they fail to acknowledge the 3rd website of Runescape -- despite how many Jagex Moderators, Forum Moderators, and Player Moderators, not to mention the general public whom are either for or against us as a world 9 website, still know who we are.
And yet, they go and give new websites the okay to advertise, such as TehNoobShow. Along with some pretty brassy mentions to YouTube, which is a direct offense of 2005-2009 Rule-11 (no website reference). Thought that after Mod Andrew retired, we finally earned website rights for clans through Mod Hohbein and Mod Raven. Yet Mod Mark is holding back progress by continued false mutes/bans against clans that own websites, while STILL only giving selective rights to a mere handful of websites in their game. True True, i'm sure it'll eventually be recognized.
It ain't really mark though, its Mod Murray who's head of customer support who is doing the terrible job of bans/mutes. -------------------- ![]() The Angel of Death comes for your soul... so you better start running. Automation, at its finest. JaGeX Staff continue their wonderful support through reviewing every report before sending in punishment, and giving full feedback and attention to paying customers. It makes me proud to be a part of such a wonderful game. [/sarcasm] I hope one day they get a real crew with OUR money paid in for all these years. Maybe one that is half the quality of that seen at World of Warcraft. Human interaction, feedback, and response. With the ability for every customer to have a voice in the community, at least to the extent of appealing bull **** imaginary "offenses". Good work, TehNoobShow. Became the "Fred" of YouTube, while leaving the rest of us out to dry. Thank you for sending in your offence appeal - you obviously care about your account, and making sure that you read our rules can help to ensure that you can avoid this situation happening again. At Jagex, we examine offences and offence appeals very carefully before we come to our final decision. In this instance, we have found that you were responsible for this offence, and therefore it will remain on your account. We want you, and every other player, to be positively engaged in our community and the game - if you continue to break our rules, you may reach a point where you are limited to Quick Chat, or even excluded from the game on this account, or any other accounts you have. DeathSkull59: I'll have to give Mod Murray a thanks for Golem19 offense of "leveling too fast in too short a time span" while I discuss this with Mod Raven. -------------------- ~ Dominion ®

Yeah, since RuneScape Classic, they took between 2004 and 2009 to finally edit the auto response inbox they send to people when an appeal gets declined.
I miss the short span during 2008, when they actually had a Customer Support inbox you cna send messages to 3 times daily. And when there were actually mod names on those copy and paste inbox memos they send to offenders. Same old JaGeX tactics of avoiding human interactions. But entirely new crew working the desks. -------------------- ~ Dominion ®

As of 2 days ago, NG, NGoR, and Google are no longer filters in the game.
So word yet on the acceptance of our website by Mod Hohbein at JaGeX, but we await a response. As for our worlds 9 and 14, neither one shows signs of being activated anytime soon. So we remain on worlds 117 and 118 for the time being. -------------------- ~ Dominion ®

Another update on the rule regarding websites (Rule 11). Now that there are no numbers on rules, ever since October 2009, we have "guidelines" rather than "rules" that are enforced over RuneScape and forum.
As such, we need to be careful when we talk where Jagex can hear, with such matters of new unfilters being used as bait, such as Google and YouTube. ![]() These are the only words shown that could possibly be half wrongfully interpreted as "websites" without any "www" or "com" mentioned. And yet, Jagex themselves reference YouTube directly in RS News by advertising TehNoobShow back in September 2009. Makes me wonder exactly what are rules anymore, or if they simply change rules at a whim, and enforce rules unfairly around those whom aren't paying them under the table (as I suspect with listed websites on Jagex like RuneHeadquarters and RuneTips). -------------------- ~ Dominion ®
